A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking date/time, with the full balance due 48hrs ahead of the session. If you have multiple sessions within a package, full payment is to be made 48hrs in advance of the first service.

The booking deposit is non-refundable; however, it can be used to reschedule and secure a new date once only. A minimum of 14 day's notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

If you pay a deposit and decide you no longer want the service, you will lose your deposit because that day will have kept that day free for you.

Gift vouchers are to be paid in full at the time of purchase. These are transferable between services, however if a service of lower value is chosen there is no refund for the difference. They are valid for six months from the date of issue and it is the recipients responsibility to ensure this is used before it expires.
